Sooner or later we will face a clear decision. The retirement system, based by Otto von Bismarck is collapsing. The population is aging. As a result of quick search for better living standards, level of independence women or families are choosing in average one or two children at maximum. That is the current trend in the Western half of the planet. The projections say while Africa will double the number of its inhabitants within a decade, some European states are not expected to do so within two hundred years. And this is a real challenge for the system as we know it. Less young and productive people mean less income to the national retirement fund and less money for retire! es. In an effort to change this, many of current politicians can't provide soft alternatives. For now we as citizen may face increasing years of working age, increasing payments into the retirement fund and limits for early retirements. This all should prevent from economic collapse.There is also another potential that should be considered. As the original population is getting older, the gap between natural birth decrease is balanced by the immigration increase.We have already entered the period when the differences among original members of nation are better or worse mixed with immigrants. This process is more less speeded up by the free movement and the working right within Europe or America, although regional and temporary trends may be contradicitve. In general, the Europe will be invaded by another cultures and minorities and the process will be irreversible. Politicians will have to consider this.For now, it is very hard task to form a proper question or a problem to! solve. Which way to choose, what factors should be considered! and wha t will be the general policy against the immigranst.We shouldn't forget that 98 percent of our daily products and goods are produced by these immigrants.
