Dow Jones over 11,000 level since 2008.

For the first time since September 2008, American index Dow Jones reached the level of 11,000 points. Although it may not be permanent, for now it is a positive sign for investors to participate in trading. 11,000 as well as 9,000 is kind of psychological level, improving or lowering the image of major American economy branch.Seen from wider perspective, Dow Jones has been varying among 10,000 up to 11,000 this year. So far it reached the low level once in February. Since then some good news came from job market. Unemployment reports are great contributors to the atmosphere on the market. The current quote is pending somewhere around 9 percent which is a slight decrease fro! m more than 10 percent in late 2009. Also foreign actions improved traders' mood, since leaders of Eurozone and IMF agreed to provide around 50 billion euro to Greece, although it hasn't called for the loan yet.The stability of Dow Jones will be tested during upcoming three weeks as it comes to first quarter business reports. The first composite company Alcoa Inc., reported smaller loss compared to the same period in 2009 and during regular trading its stocks were up 18 cents to $14.57, but fell 6 cents to $14.51 after-hours.Dow Jones rose 9 points to 11,006, S&P rose 2.11 or 0.2 percent to 1,196.48 and technological Nasdaq composite index increased 3.82 point or 0.2 percent to 2,457.87. The gold price rose, while crude oil fell 58 cents to final $84.34 per barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange on Monday.
