The two great nuclear energy rich countries, the monstrous United States of America and Russia have decided to defrost their friendship on the civil nuclear energy collaboration. Though the both countries had made an agreement two years ago, the president at the time, George W. Bush decided that he didn’t want to work together with the country that lead war with South Ossetia. Obama addressed the U.S Congress with a letter, saying that the Americans should not be nervous about the situation in Georgia, which was US ally. With this agreement, the companies can form nuclear ventures. Obama is a smart person, he sees that Iran is getting weaker in the nuclear program cri! ses, and tries to use the best moment to conquer more and more field of influence on the very important issue for the global economy. A lot of political analysts think that this program is well to be executed, and that would bring only good results to the both countries. “This particular agreement will definitely enhance the non-proliferation regime. We are cooperating with the US government and current administration in order to secure that Iran is fully committed to peaceful use of nuclear energy and does not embark upon a military aspect of this program” - said the independent analyst Vladimir Kozin. This program is one of the most preferential foreign policy priorities for the United States. "The level and scope of U.S.-Russia cooperation on Iran are sufficient to justify resubmitting the proposed agreement to the Congress," Obama said in a letter to U.S. lawmakers. This letter is still a suggestion for the Congress, it is yet early to talk about voting or g! iving it a legislative sign. The congressmen have three months! to thin k about it.
